F.A.Q Frequently Asked Questions 1 . How do I pay for my Holiday? When you've chosen your dates and want to book we supply you with our UK bank details and ask you to put the deposit straight in,8 weeks before departure to the Alps you need to deposit the balance into the same bank account. 2.How can I be sure the holiday is confirmed? As soon as your deposit shows up on our bank account we send you a confirmation email(print this out). 3.What happens next ? 10-14 days before your holiday we send you an email regarding holiday details,we ask you to fill this in and send it back to us ASAP 4.If I drive how long will it take me? The drive from Calais to La Tania/Mottaret is around 8-9 hours,catch an early morning ferry and you will be in resort around mid/late afternoon. 5.How do I know where my apartment is? We send you details of how to get to the apartment . 6.Do we need to bring sheets & sleeping bags/duvets? YES..you need to bring bedding .. we provide duvets and pillows but not sheets & pillowcases 7.What about towels? Bring your own towels with you. 8.How do we book lessons? We reccommend an excellent ski school called "Magic in Motion" you need to contact them direct and say you're staying with Accommodation in the Alps,their telephone number is 0033479010785 or click on their website www.magicinmotion.co.uk 9.What about ski hire? got to www.skihigher.com and complete the online form , they will deliver and fit your skis in your apartment 10.Is the much car parking? Car parking is limited in the resort and we do recommend that you take an underground parking space for the week( 70 € ) ,this saves any scratches from wayward skis or having to clear the snow off you car every time you want to use it.book this with the tourist office at www.latania.com 11.What about the end of my holiday? Checkout time is 10am , please leave the apartment completely clean , throw all rubbish out and then post the keys back to us at the address we have given you. 12 .How far away are the shops? Shops,bars & restaurants are all based in the village about 5 mins walk down to the village and 10 mins walk back up !(depending on how many beers you have at apres ski) 13.What time can I get into my apartment on the arrival day ?
