Booking Terms & Conditions Accommodation in the Alps ask you to read the following conditions carefully before booking.Please contact us should you have any questions. Bookings & Deposit.Bookings must be accompanied by a 25% deposit paid into out UK bank account ( details emailed to you ).Balance of the holiday is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure from the UK.Should you book within the 8 weeks period the full amount will be payable upon booking. Cancellation of a holiday by a client.The following cancellation charges will apply once notice of cancellation has been received in writing/email.
Cancellation by Accommodation in the Alps.In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, all moneys will be refunded. Clients responsibility for accommodation. A Credit card number is taken upon arrival against any damages,this will be charged should any damage to the appt or it's contents are made during your stay. Insurance.It is a strict condition of booking that every client is covered by a insurance policy expressly covering ski holidays.If skiing off piste during your stay we strongly recommend additional insurance such as Carte Neige(available in resort). Accommodation in the Alps accepts no responsibility for guests using third party transport/accommodation & any other facilities used by yourself even if rented/ purchased via our company. Personal Belongings.Accommodation in the Alps accepts no responsibility for loss,delay in transit or damage to personal belongings.In the event that guests leave property in the apartments,no responsibility will be accepted if the property is not returned or returned in a damaged state.
