Accommodation in the Alps ask you to read the following conditions carefully before completing a booking .

Bookings and deposit
Bookings must be made accompanied by the initial deposit of 30%. The
total balance of the holiday is due no later than 10 weeks prior to
departure. If payment is not received within this period the booking may
be treated as cancelled. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of
departure the full holiday cost must be sent in with the booking form.
Cleaning & Bedding
The Apartment must be fully cleaned by you upon leaving (Check out time is 10am) , please understand that we do not employ a cleaner and how you leave the apartment is how the next guests will find it; please ensure that all rubbish has been thrown out and the fridge & dishwasher are emptied .
Bedding is provided by yourselves , we can provide you with the exact requirements for your apartment , all beds have a pillow and duvet.
Cancellation of a holiday by a client
The following cancellation charges will apply once notice of
cancellation has been received in writing.

Cancellation by Accommodation in the Alps
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, all monies
will be refunded.
Clients responsibility for accommodation
Any damage to the accommodation or property by the client whether
accidental or deliberate must be paid for in resort.
Insurance
It is a strict condition of booking that every client is covered by a
policy expressly covering ski holidays arranged by the clients
themselves. If you will be skiing off piste during your stay we firmly
recommend additional insurance such as the Carte Neige.
Personal belongings
Accommodation in the Alps accepts no liability for loss, delay in
transit or damage to personal belongings. In the event that guests leave
property in the accommodation when returning home, no responsibility
will be accepted if the property is not returned or returned in a
damaged state. Ski Deep cannot be held responsible for acts or
commissions of any third party.
Website information
All information is given in good faith and is carefully checked to
ensure it is accurate.
Alteration of holidays by a client
If you wish to change any details of your holiday we will do our utmost
to oblige. Should a change of dates be involved an administration charge
may be levied.
The above conditions form a
contract between us in accordance with British Law within the
jurisdiction of British courts.
